Let it be known that the following shipping conditions apply in this store.

1) Unfortunately, commercial mail from Hungary to the US is not yet available. As it stands, the international postal system is still in the midst of developing a proper solution to handle the new tariffs. Things are in the works, but not rolled out yet. It is most likely that tariffs will be included in the shipping costs, but the exact method will depend on how the system is implemented. If you would like to receive an e-mail update when US shipping opens up again, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and I will put you on the notification list.

2) Due to moving my operations to an LLC, orders from the European Union (including Hungary) will henceforth include Value Added Tax, depending on the relevant rate in your country (most have a reduced one for books). This will be calculated at checkout. If you are outside the EU, no VAT applies.

3) Note that shipping costs are calculated slightly differently than they used to be. Shipping is applied separately for smaller and larger items (e.g. zines vs. hardcovers), but remain bundled together for multiple items. For example, one hardcover would ship for the same amount as two hardcovers, one zine would ship for the same amount as five or fifteen zines, while one hardcover and fifteen zines would ship for the sum of the base rate for the two individual categories. Smaller items are $8 to Europe and $10 worldwide; larger items (hardcovers and boxed sets) are $28 to Europe and $35 worldwide.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the following privacy policy is in effect with respect to your orders:

1) Orders are handled by Bigcartel and Paypal, who have their own privacy policies.
2) Data collection: I store the following data to process and ship orders, and to maintain communication with you: your name, shipping address, and mailing address. Outside Bigcartel and Paypal's automated systems, I maintain an offline Excel spreadsheet for shipping data, and a cloud-based accounting program where I prepare and store individual invoices.
3) Data storage: I store your personal data for the purposes of fulfillment, customer service, and tax records. No personal data will be shared with public or private parties outside Bigcartel and Paypal unless required by law. Once the original purpose of the data storage is realized, your personal data will be erased. Local tax regulations require me to retain records for two years after my annual tax declaration (due in May after the current year).
4) I will not send you unsolicited e-mails. If you wish to be notified of new releases, I would recommend checking out my blog at https://beyondfomalhaut.blogspot.com/, as well as the Classic Adventure Gaming Discord. I also post these announcements on various forums.

Az ÁFA összege a termék kosárba helyezése után kerül kiszámításra. A kiadványok szállítása a Magyar Postával történik, kisebb méretű kiadványoknál elsőbbségi levél, nagyobbaknál egynapos MPL postacsomag formájában. A szállítás Magyarország területén ingyenes.

Az EU Általános Adatvédelmi Rendeletének (GDPR) megfelelően az alábbi adatvédelmi szabályzat vonatkozik a megrendelésekre:

1) A megrendeléseket a Bigcartel és a Paypal kezeli, amelyek saját adatvédelmi szabályzattal rendelkeznek.
2) Adatgyűjtés: A következő adatokat tárolom a megrendelések feldolgozásához és kiszállításához, valamint a kapcsolattartáshoz: a megrendelő neve, szállítási címe és e-mail címe. A Bigcartel és a Paypal automatizált rendszerein kívül offline Excel-táblázatot tartok fenn a szállítási adatokhoz, valamint egy felhőalapú könyvelőprogramot, ahol az egyes számlákat tárolom.
3) Adattárolás: A személyes adatokat a megrendelések teljesítése, kapcsolattartás és adónyilvántartás céljára tárolom. Semmilyen személyes adatot nem osztok meg nyilvános vagy magánfelekkel a Bigcartelen és a Paypalon kívül, kivéve, ha azt törvény írja elő. Az adattárolás eredeti céljának megvalósulását követően a személyes adatok törlésre kerülnek. Az adószabályok előírják, hogy az éves adóbevallásomat követő két évig meg kell őriznem a nyilvántartásokat (a tárgyév után májusban esedékes).
4) Nem küldök kéretlen e-mailt. Az új kiadványokról az LFG.HU-n, a Kard és Mágia Facebook-oldalán, és az OSR Taverna Facebook-csoportban szoktak megjelenni hírek.
